If the suction is bad or the vacuum is not working it could be caused by a few different scenarios:
The vacuum motor is on but there is no suction.
-For the internal vacuum the pipe needs to be on the left-hand side.
-Feel for debris or blockage in the pipe.
-Feel for suction at the dustbin outlet above the mesh section of the bin.
-Open the back panel of the machine and see if there is any obstruction in the vacuum chamber.
-Remove the vacuum chamber if needed to remove any debris.
The vacuum motor does not activate.
- Check if the vacuum is working from the controller.
- Use manual commands to trigger the vacuum.
M801 S100 switch on
M802 to switch off
-Check if the vacuum is plugged in correctly on both sides.
3. Dust shoe does not stay down all the way.
To prevent the dust shoe from lifting up you can re-adjust (pull slightly) the pipe in the top clamp to slightly push down on the dust shoe.
