¶ Spindle Troubleshoot
Scenario:
The spindle drops when the power is off (see Backlash topic for solution)
The spindle does not spin or switch on:
-Check if the spindle can spin freely when a tool is selected. (See ATC problems)
-Can you switch on the spindle from the diagnostics panel.
-Test manual command to switch on the spindle M3
Remember to switch off the Auto vacuum option on the top toolbar. This usually gets confused with the sound of the spindle motor running.
Further diagnostics:
Remove the pack panel.
Check if the motor driver light is turned on.
If the light is off there is a driver problem. (Please contact support)
